Return Policy

General Return Policy:

Please contact us prior to returning any item.

You may  items within 30 days of delivery for a  refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Include all accessories in their original wrapping/packing material. The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit in some cases 20% fee from total order price will apply. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. See "Requesting a Product Return" below.

The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.

"All International orders which are shipped  and has successfully left United States (as per carrier  tracking information) VEMA we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

Defective items can be exchanged for the same item only, provided you have contacted the product manufacturer and been issued a defective confirmation code, or case number.  Vema Electronics does not refund return shipping charges for defective exchanges.

Please note that VEMA Electronics is not responsible for Incompatibility issues.

The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.

99% of initially diagnosed "Potentially Defective Products" turn out to be configuration or compatibility issues and are not "Defective Products".

Non-Returnable Items

Opened Memory, Digital Media, and Printer Consumables (toner, ink cartridges) are not returnable.  These items can only be returned if they are factory sealed and are returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

Requesting A Product Return

All returns will be nadled by email only
:

  1.  Send your request via email to  michael@vemaelectronics.com
  2.  Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. You may contact Customer Service at 425-894-5142 from 9am - 4pm (PST), Monday through Friday.

RMA requests are processed within 3-5 business days and communicated to you via email.

Crediting Your Account :

Credit will be issued within four business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. International customers may not refuse shipments, 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fee will not be refundable for customers who refused international shipments.
